I can't access the webGUI from the internet.  The internet works fine on all the PCs through m0n0wall and I can access the webGUI internally and external from a PC within the m0n0wall network, but if I go home or on any other computer not in our m0n0wall network and type in our IP address, 2.0.0.0 lets say, I can't get access.  I can't even ping the router.  Any thoughts?

If I did get your question correctly, M0n0wall works here as it should work. Letting someone access webGUI from wan (public internet) is not a very good idea in a security point of view.

I myself manage my m0n0wall trough a webserver that has a restricted remote desktop connection available (I have 24/7 web and mailserver running in my dmz zone).

Regardless
Is there a way to activate the web GUI to work on the wan port?

I've got mine working via HTTPS and it works fine. I access it from work and no hassles so far.
I added a port forward rule for port 443 (https) and forward to my Mono's LAN IP address.

Cheers
