Hi ,

im a fane of the m0n0wall and m0n0 projects i have the VOIP server and freenas that all use the n0n0wallstyle web admin etc , but i would like to know if there is a distro out there that brings PHP + Apachie 2 + MySQL all together on the m0n0 platform and this would complete my network and i would not have to rely on windows any more, (i have Ubuntu linux on all my computers and Freespire on another and no windows pcs except my server) i know that there is the ubuntu server to do all of this but i would like it in the m0n0 style as i think its cool (yes im sad!! and geeky!! lol )

Many Thanks inadvance!

Hi Philip, are you talking about the webGUI? Not yet, but I bet there will be a web server management system similar to m0n0wall soon enough. I ask if you refer to the m0n0wall webGUI because I am a big fan of it. I recently adjusted the webgui of the bookkeeping system ( http://www.pbooks.org/ )I'm working on to align with that of m0n0wall, but the accounting system uses XSL templates.

You mentioned ubuntu and that can easily have Apache Mysql and PHP in a server setting, but that is linux, not FreeBSD, like m0n0wall.

Of course, FreeBSD supports these software projects too, so you can install them onto a regular FreeBSD server.

Pbooks looks good... Tongue

i am on about have the php sql and apache all installed and a web interface similar to m0n0wall to govern the operation of it so that i can log on to the ip address and i have the m0n0wall layout and can configure the prefferances of the webserver .... this would be exelent , and a  fine addition to my network lol

many thanks for the reply .
