Daylight savings update

I'm using 1.3b2 pc generic and my timezone is America/Edmonton. We just went into daylight savings time on March 11, but the time on my m0n0wall didn't update itself. It is using ntp server time.nrc.ca with default update interval (1 day, I believe). My computers at home use the same ntp server and they updated correcty.
This no doubt has to do with our recently modified Daylight Savings schedule.

This does not belong in the "bug reports" board.
Use m0n0wall 1.23 - it already contains the timezone updates.
