Hello, with the monowall syslog, how would I go about setting monowall to monitor LAN to LAN traffic? If their a setting in the firewall that i need to add to monitor for such a thing? Reason being is that we are using monowall for a LAN event coming up here soon. *bc doesn't want the case of the nasties on the network.

In addition, on the last lan event, i tried to set monowall to block windows file share's via port block, however that didn't seem to work. It's ports 137-139 and 445 correct?  Huh

No firewall controls traffic within the LAN. Your best bet is a SPAN port and an IDS to monitor LAN traffic.
