Hi,

Mono setup as below:

Eth1. WAN
Eth2. LAN
Eth3. DMZ

I'm in need of a wireless connection and have no slots free on mono-PC to add a wireless car, so I added a wireless access point (basically switch with wireless antenna or if you wish a router with disabled dhcp and using lan ports only)

Bingo! I have my wireless access to the Internet and to all my LAN members. The IP issued is in same subnet range. Great.  Smiley

What is not so great however is that my connection does time out after a while and can't be re-established until I reboot mono wall and start over again.  (This occurs every 40 to 60 minutes)  Huh  Cry

Any solutions here?
Are there any settings in mono to prevent that?
Or is this a flaw in mono?

Any help?   Cool

Thanks.

I basically followed the same track (with DI624) with same results.

upgrading DI-624 to the Firmware 4.04 Beta will solve the issue.
No changes made to mono nor hardware setup, just upgrading the D-link firmware to:

Version: 4.04beta
Firmware Date: Thu, 17 May 2007

I also have given the Wan side a static IP (use a valid one), I know you don't use it but still setting it because D-link seem to like it. (don't ask, I don't know, just found out by trial on error, many errors) LOL

Have been on wireless connection for 6 hrs strait today. (usually was only able to do that for 30 to 60 min.)
